The «Germaine de Staël» programme promotes bilateral research cooperation between Switzerland and France.
The programme, which is open to all research disciplines, provides for the reimbursement of travel expenses and costs for short stays in France for researchers who collaborate with French research partners. Funding of around CHF 4’500.– per project per year is provided to Swiss participants.
The first condition for a positive selection is that a research partnership with a French group already exists at the time of application submission and that the French partner submits its application simultaneously to Campus France, which is responsible for the French side. Applications must be submitted by email to: mint@satw.ch.
Participation conditions
The Partenariat Hubert Curien/Germaine de Staël Funding is open to every public or private Swiss research institute (Higher education institutions, universities, research institutes, HES/FHS and companies).
