The programme supports established research collaborations between Switzerland and Latin America across all disciplines.
The Consolidation Grant supports joint research projects that strengthen existing scientific collaborations between Switzerland and Latin America and prepare future international research initiatives. The programme is open to all disciplines.
Eligibility
- One Principal Investigator at an eligible Swiss research institution and one Principal Investigator at an accredited Latin American institution
- Principal Investigators must hold a doctoral degree or equivalent research experience
- Open to all disciplines
Funding
Projects receive CHF 25’000.– to CHF 40’000.– for a duration of 18 months.

Applications must be submitted via the Leading House Latin America online application platform. Applicants are advised to consult the Call document and application guidelines before submission.

- 11 December 2026 – Notification of results
